How to Buy our Telephones

We accept payment by cheque or credit/debit card (via the secure PayPal website). However please note that we only sell and post to locations within the UK.

If you are interested in buying one of our telephones the first step is to send an e-mail by clicking on this symbol to the right of the relavant telephone, or on the top right of our website for a general enquiry (we always try to get back to you within 24 hours).

You can also contact us by telephone by clicking on this symbol on the top right of our website. If we don't answer the telephone it probably means we are in the workshop so please leave a message on the answer phone or send us an e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible. The best time to call us is between 6PM and 8PM or Saturdays and Sundays (anytime).

When buying online by personal cheque we would point out that your purchase will only be posted once the cheque has cleared. All cheques should be made payable to 'K. L. Shelton' and posted to our registered office:

Please remember to add the postage and package costs and allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery as we need to check your purchase before we dispatch the telephone.

Should you wish to look at any of our telephones in person before you buy, you will find a sample of our collection on display at Elsecar Antiques Centre near Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Directions and information regarding Elsecar Antique Centre can be found by clicking here. If you want to see a particular telephone at Elsecar please contact us in advance of visiting so that we can arrange for the telephone to be on display.

If you are purchasing a telephone that is on display at Elsecar Heritage Centre payment can be made via the counter by cash, credit/debit card or cheque with a valid bank guarantee card.
